I've replaced my old R7 260x card with my new GTX 1060 6GB (first time replacing card), installed the driver installer for the nvidia card before I plugged in the card. Used DDU to remove all AMD software off the computer before plugging in the new card. Everything was fine and dandy with the new card, drivers installed etc but the wifi wasn't functional after the installation. I checked my device manager and the only thing I see is "Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller #2" and nothing else.

Network card is all plugged in and wasn't tampered with when I was installing the new card. So any suggestions of what I should do to get the wifi back?
