No, I checked. This one VPN I've used for my phone works fine on the college wifi, so I'm assuming a VPN should be fine on PC too. Pic related.

So there's openvpn, but it's pretty shit a lot of the time. What I would recommend is switching between tunnelbear and other free limited vpns.
The Opera browser has a free GOOD vpn, but it's not gonna help with torrents

looking at the site now it's actually only $40 if you pay for a whole year, which comes out to 3.33/month
