Well, the OS is missing nigger. Probably installed alright but it didn't register as bootable. Or maybe you're using that UEFI meme instead of MBR master race, who knows. With the information you provided all that's clear is that you fucked up something up, and the only advise one can give you is to fix it.

Is grub still installed? Can you access the system via rescue from the disk/ USB drive?
Well, I can use the computer actually, but when I try to install other OS that error appear, and, I think the grub it's installed.

And the computer has Ubuntu 16.04, a few months ago I was able to install other OS normally.

If you can still boot into that Ubuntu install, try running `sudo update-grub` which should add the lubuntu entry to grub and let you boot from it
