step one figure out the equation for the radius at a given height as a function of y

step two, approximate the strip shown as a cylinder with that radius and with height Dy. you know how to calculate the volume of a cylinder, right? (if you don't you can just google it)

that much gets you the Reimann sum, and from there it should be easy enough to get the rest
