What's the best vidya to play to feel like Kenshiro? Basically a beat 'em up, either 2D or 3D one, where you're an unstoppable wall of testosterone and badassery, killing dozens upon dozens of enemies with raw strength and sick martial arts techniques. PC or emulators. Preferably something that can run on a toaster.

God hand.

Yep, seems pretty close to what I want.
Anything else?

I believe the Dynasty Warriors series is like this. DMC4 can probably run well on a modern-day "toaster". In general, I believe the default action game experience would satisfy you since you are OP compared to the enemies. Games like Dark Souls are the exception rather than the norm.

I get where you're coming from, but I'm not really interested in typical character action games with swords and guns. I'm looking specifically for martial arts/hand to hand combat oriented games, which is much harder to find, hence me making this thread instead of just looking for something myself.

Ashura's Wrath?

Looks rad, but I can't really play it right now - PS3 and 360 emus are still in their infancy, and even if somehow it worked, I don't have a PC good enough to run them at the moment either. Thanks for the suggestion, though.

Little Fighter 2 could fit this if you're not playing on high-difficulty levels/gitting gud

Well DMC4 has a fist weapon, but I understand you.
This might be a little too obvious but would the Arkham series count? There's a heavy focus on Batman vs. goons combat, and while you do have gadgets, I don't think you ever have to use them for basic group combat.
Emulate Yakuza 1 and 2.
