Hi, I commissioned an artist to draw a tiled wallpaper for me similar to the one in this pic attached.
The drawingss came out nice but the trouble is both of us are too retarded to put them together to form a wallpaper.

Can someone assemble these pics here http://imgur.com/a/JRDxt into something like the picture I've attached to this post? The background would look nice as a baby blue.

there's several ways to do it. i chose to start with a square of 1000x1000, make GIMP snap to a grid of 50px and then started arranging stuff in regular patterns. Proof of concept attached. Very crudely, basic pattern, no variations in size.

and tiled and with a blue background

then just crop your wallpaper format

surprised a hired artist couldn't figure this out. like i said, just one of the many ways of doing this.

too lazy to arrange them nicely, vary the sizes and offsets to make it look like in the OP, but the basic premise is the same - make a rectangle, then tile the rectangle. i'm sure someone else can step in here.
