Help finding funny cartoon cat video?

I'm trying to find a youtube video about a cartoon cat. It's a funny video (or at least I remember it being funny years ago). It was like something you'd see on newgrounds.

I believe there's a voiceover that says something like "It's (cat's name) the cat!" in a silly voice while that song plays. I think the cats name begins with an S but I'm not sure.
