lights and fans come on for about fifteen seconds, but after that it shuts itself off and turns back on again in a loop. i left it off for a night and the pc worked for about five hours today, but it just started doing the same again. has anyone seen something similar or have ideas to solve this?

2. Clear cmos and see if problem persists
3. If you have spare components, try with those
