the only lyrics i can recall are something like "high, high
high society"
(maybe hi, or my, or hive, some one syllable word said twice then together with society (quite sure about society, but not 100%)
it's an active song, something-something-rock or pop
sounded late 90's early 00's but that's pure guessing

If it's not this I have no idea what it is.

sadly no, the singer had a deeper voice and the music was more... i don't know how to describe it... i couldn't discern guitar strings or drum beats, it was more synthetic or something along those lines
I wish i could remember more. google and lyric sites are not helping at all. I heard it over the radio at a workshop, the guys there have it tuned to one of those semi-retro stations, one that plays popular stuff from, like, the 80's to early 00's

hmm. I did a search and landed on this page. Maybe if you take a look it will come to you https://www.lyrics.com/lyrics/high%20society.

I also found that a little bit ago and I can't find the one I'm thinking of. Maybe i misheard all the words? Phonetically it sounded like hi, hi - hi society, but maybe the actual lyrics are completely different words? it's kinda frustrating, but maybe i'll catch it again on the radio soon

You sure it doesn't say "she's high society"?
I had a nap

yes, i listened to that song and it is definitely not what i heard on the radio - the singer had a deeper, a bit gravelly voice and the music was about as active but more on the .... serious? or straight-faced? tone (words are hard)
the most frustrating thing about this is that normally i can find songs i heard randomly on the radio or suddenly recall from years ago fairly easily
