I'm not allowed to buy a contract with my ISP and neither are my parents. So we asked our neighbor to pay for our internet and they agreed (A great Idea...) They bought a HUAWEI B315 4G LTE Router and we pay them for Data, at the moment I have 200GB of Data a month. I live in a 4 floor house (Basment Room, 1st floor, 2nd floor, Attic Room) with solid granite and concrete walls. The best connection (2mb/s) is in the top of the house in the attic room in a corner. We just had family friend move into the basement and in the basement there's basically no phone signal and he can't reach the Router with his iPhone or Laptop. The 4G router has no WAN ports and the house has basically no Ethernet ports but there are Phone ports. Can I extend the range of the Router's signal to the basement? I was thinking of connecting a series of routers from the basement to the top to the 4G Router?

This is a textbook use case for a powerline Wifi extender.
