Hey i bought new cpu i7 7700k but my motherboard supports 6th gen skylake and im not sure if my i7 7700k (even ho its same socket 1151) would work.
This website says it will (http://www.cpu-upgrade.com/mb-MSI/H110M_PRO-D.html)
but idk even if i flash bios will it work?
MAIN QUESTION: Will it work if i just slide it in without flashing bios?

Maybe.
It depends if the BIOS you get from the factory is new enough or not.
If not, you need to borrow a Skylake (any Skylake, even a Celeron or Pentium) to boot and flash the BIOS, or you need to flash the BIOS using a EEPROM programmer.

So you're golden then.
Just assemble everything with the 6400, update your BIOS, then put the 7700k in.
Youtube is making it sound difficult, but literally all you're doing is updating your BIOS. Your motherboard manual will tell you exactly how to do it, as will the README that comes with your BIOS download.
