US-Germany parcel

hey /wsr/, got some specific request for you.

I'm trying to map out a cheap delivery of $65 good from Valve Store to Europe, specifically Germany or Ukraine, but most parcel services end up costing ~$50 or no less than $114 respectively. The cheapest I've seen on the web is $11 shipping to Germany via Parcelforce, but either it's me being stupid or the site is built like ass and I can't find any offers that don't ship from UK.

I'm going to be moving from Ukraine to Germany on September 1st, so time is of some importance only if the parcel will be arriving to Kiev, as I've only got a week left here

Valve provides shipping via UPS & USPS so I was thinking asking them to drop the package off at the nearest Post Office in LA (1122 E 7th St, Los Angeles, CA 90021, USA) and ordering a shipment from there.

To sum up, I need the cheapest possible delivery from 1122 E 7th St, 90021 Los Angeles to either Ghertsena St., 7, 04050 Kiev, Ukraine within the next week or Markstraße 418, 44795 Bochum, Germany after 01/09/2017

Hope some of you have experience with this sort of stuff, could you please lend a hand? Thanks in advance
