Hey, I'm retarded and my laptop, phone, and desktop are all only to get websites like youtube, google, and facebook but no other websites. I reset the router, modem, fucked around with the modem settings. When I manually plug into my router I can still access websites normally, and other people on my network are able to connect just fine.

Any fix to this? Am I just retard?

This is your router's firewall. If you have a comcast router, just turn the fucker off. It's only authenticating traffic to major sites.
