So, for what ever reason, my browser (Chrome) is extremely quite. Every time I try to watch a video I can barely hear it. But everything else is still loud as fuck. Dose any one know how to fix this?

on windows its called volume control, you manage the volume of different running applications from it

Check to see if you have a mic enabled somehow. Some programs will lower their own sound to reduce feedback.
