I would love a romance anime (manga if necessary) that doesn't end immediately after the confession.
For some stupid reason they all do this, and I don't know why.
I wanna see them date, move in together, marry, and squirt out a couple tiny people. Is that so wrong? That I want to see the actual ROMANCE in a romance anime, and not just the wishy-washy will they won't they shit?

maybe try a manga
kakukaku shikajika (an actually autobiographical manga about the life of akiko higashimura -pic related)
try Clannad (spans highschool life) and Clannad: After Story (spans their adult life)
it ends when they die, literally.

Try Itazura na Kiss. I never read the manga myself, but I watched the anime. They get married half way through the series and have a kid in the last few episodes. I think the manga keeps going further than what the anime covered.

How about slice of life after an arranged marriage? Try Otoyomegatari. There's no dating whatsoever for the main couple who married from the first chapter. Surely the couple was awkward at first, but the manga tells their married life afterwards (no kids yet tho)

Ore Monogatari gets done with the confession super early, it's all relationship.
Sadly, basically all gender-bender/trap manga ends right after the confession.
