Depressingly this ecchi manga is a one-shot, based on a badly-draw hentai.
Basically, guys act like girls and girls act like guys.
Is there anything else like this out there? Or am I totally fucked? The only one like it I've found is Oooku and that's REALLY LAME AND BORING.

It's not a oneshot it's a currently-running manga. It's just that only the first chapter has been translated to English.

Ah yeah sorry, then I dont' have anything for you. That hentai was exactly the one I also read. I gave up on finding anything like it.
You might find some enjoyment in the reverse rape threads on /h/, but other than that genre I didn't find anything worthwhile.
