Hey, /wsr/. My parents set up family features a while back to track my history, but I'm an adult now, and I'd like to access certain websites. Is there any way I can prevent Family Features from reporting the sites I visit? Would incognito work?

Talk with your parents and tell them that you're an adult and that you feel like you should be able to visit porn website's without them tracking everything you do, be honest with them. That's going to be the easiest thing to do, I don't know anything about the windows family settings but if it's baked into windows is going to be a pain to try and bypass.
