Add jQuery to Blogger

How can I use this plugin on blogger?

What I need is way to add the code to the html template and then use it on my blog posts.
From what I understand, I need to put

<script src="link to jquery.js"></script>
<script src="link to abigimage.jquery.js"></script>
<link rel="stylesheet" href="link to abigimage.jquery.css">

inside the html template, but I don't know exactly where or if I need to delete something else from the default template.
Also, I don't know how to call the plugin when I post new entries.
