Firefox with uBlock Origin on latest Gnome on Debian is the combo at the moment. We don't know how long it will last though.

KissClusterfuck (-manga -anime -hentai) seems to be good with it, Mangafox adfrenzy is good with it, Hitomi.la blocked pages (not having any) is good with it, 9anime ad weirdness is good with it. I also randomly visit actual porn video sites (Pornhub, Xvideos, SpankBang, Brazzers and their sister sites) and they are also good with this.

Boorus are good with this. Never had any issues with Sankaku, Danbooru/Gelbooru or Rule34.

Imagefap is always an issue, that is a site you need to deal with separately. Ifappers know.
