You go to the website and download it. It's pretty straight forward. If you mean how to get into madokami there's a readme file that's accessible even if you don't have an account with instructions about how to get in. If you know the website's url just add /READ.txt to the end of it.

I knew the site but for whatever reason I stumbled upon a readme.txt file reporting on nyaa's disastrous fallout on the group and some other stuff. Going through Google I found what I wanted. thanks for pushing me to retry a second time, it was worth it.
