Can someone help me?
I recently reinstalled windows and when I click on files and pic related comes up, before there was a little check box that asked me if I wanted to make this a default program for the file type, now it's gone

Where am I supposed to be getting the option to set it as the default program after right clicking and clicking open with?
Because I get the screen that you see in the op and I don't see a place to do that
