It looks like fusion/tv.addons is down at the moment so even if that worked you wouldn't be able to get BanglaTV

Try googling other sources for Bangla with Kodi, there will likely be more than one.

It's back up, but it doesn't have BanglaTV anymore. Something to do with copyright infringement.
