Personally, an existential crisis usually gets met out of depression. Although when I was younger I would turn my sadness into anger and channel it by exercising pretty religiously.

But usually you just have to find the source of what's making you depressed.
If it's money problems, worrying about not having a good enough job (or not having a job at all) won't help. Instead try applying to several companies.
If it's drama problems, I would try escapism in games, or just try to best to solve them using the kit you have.
So on.

If your problem is the generic "There is no cause, I'm just randomly depressed" then it'll probably be solved in time. If the depression doesn't fade in a week, you should do some soul searching and try to find the real route of the problem. If it starts getting serious, a generic yet still viable tactic is "going to a doctor, or psychiatrist."

If none of those work, the depression is probably caused by a more personal and subjective problem that nobody can fix except for yourself. If that's the case, it's just a matter of how strong you are mentally.
