Did you enter your state of residence, presuming that "state" refers to where you live?

I haven't used Chegg in a while though, so I don't really remember whether or not you have to enter a state.

of course i have a credit card but im hesitant to pay with it over the network i have available currently
i'll wait a while to see if anyone is able to fulfill my request otherwise ill probably ssh -D to my home network and just pay with my cc
