What does the ka particle mean there? I thought it was used to indicate a question, and used at the end of sentences. From my limited moonrune knowledge I know sekai should mean "world" and kanojo should mean "her".

Not a moon speaker, but it is used to list (mutually exclusive) alternatives.
For example, Kami ka Akuma ka = God, or Devil.
