Does anyone know where to find Boku no Hero Academia season 2, episode 18?
It hasn't been put up on gogoanime yet. Also recommend me some better places for subs (ad free) if you know of them that aren't Youtube.

That's because it's not aired yet. It airs on Saturday night.

How fast does it get subbed from that point?

Saturday night.
It's not 2008 anymore, subs for basically everything are out within an hour of the original airing usually, unless it somehow doesn't get picked up by Amazon/Crunchy/Funi, the only real exception is Netflix since they air in one batch after the season is over.
If that's the case it'll usually take some random /a/non, or one of the remaining three subgroups a week to put it up.

K then. Give me the best link to the manga and OST.

An exaggeration, it's never more than a couple days at worst. Asenshi was able to put out LWA episodes within 24 hours after the broadcast usually, and they kept to that time table for 25 weeks, only occasionally delaying the release by an additional few hours. That's a track record that was actually better than some of the professional simulcasts airing those seasons.

ID-0 subs took a full week. Kuromukuro subs really varied but at one point were three weeks behind.

Neither of those shows was very popular though. If a show is even remotely popular it tends to get released in a timely manner, even if subgroups have to come back from the dead to doe it. Case in point: Fate Apocrypha this season is done by UTW, who resurrected themselves due to Netflix shenanigans.
