Don't ever pout, it's not manly. Pouting is a kids thing. Also Don't look like you are standing there with a stick in your ass. Man's posture can be relaxed but it's still about having a real posture. Nothing wrong with your hair, and it looks like you take somewhat decent care of yourself.

I think there's nothing wrong with the way you look. A beard wouldn't be a bad addition though, but you're alright without one too. :) Cheers.
