Tbh FFxiv's isn't all that great. Sliders only for certain things and everything without sliders (face and features) don't have a whole lot of options. Squeenix did it specifically to avoid people making intentionally busted characters, apparently, but there's so few options the RP community has had several day long shitfests of "Somebody copied my character!"
