A reverse image search on Google brought up a lot of Spanish-language sites, but I couldn't find a name.

Of course, I don't speak Spanish, so it might have been in there somewhere.

Checked a /mex/ hispachan post where she is first mentioned. Found it through facebook and no idea

I speak spanish, but in that post they said they had no idea of her name too, but a guy said soeone posted her name a long time ago, went to a research, but no resoults. So tat ebsite isn't useful either.
