My pc is killing me

Hi i really need help, my pc was fine last night, i turned it off normally as usual but the next day i turned it on and it was really slow like the icons are not really showing up and the wallpaper is not showing up.When i restarted it it went black i tried explorer.exe but its not working

damn run a antivirus on there mane. can you start a new process of explorer? with the new task thing?
