GPU, and then CPU.
8GB is fine as long as you are not rendering anything or multitasking(streaming,broadcasting) in the background.

OP might not know this, but 5xx is the new version of 4xx and is basically the same card but slightly faster, so if he sees a 470 and 570 or 480 and 580 within $10 of each other he should get the 5xx.
