That CPU dies if you keep it at 65 for a while. That's the maximum temperature approved by the manufacturer. I have the same CPU and it reaches a maximum of 52, but if I game really hard on a hot summer day without AC it reaches up to 60. His is definitely overheating and you're all retarded.
