Could someone help me with some Audio stuff?

I have some music in my Library that is quieter than the rest of my Library. I would like to sync it up to a similar volume level to those louder songs accurately, but searching through Google I can't really find many straightforward results that involve Audacity.

Is anybody aware of a way to find out information on Audacity? Or is there some other program that's better for this kind of stuff?
