got a 2.1 speaker system with a little subwoofer, if i put the subwoofer on top of the computers case will the vibrations from the bass fuck it up? or will it be alright?

Constant vibrations are not very good for electronics, especially the yards drive. Put it below your seat or desk if somewhere else.
