I live in an area were many people speak German. I know some, from exposure to the language and i listen to German Radio, because I like how there music sounds. I heard this on the Radio, and would like to have more music like it, ad if it has a Genre in Germany, what it is called.

It's basically rap/hip hop which tries to be pop music, and made radio friendly. Many rappers have one or two songs like that.
