So i just did a update on my pc for windows 10 and now the highest resolution i can go up to is 1600 x 1200, i could previously use 1920 x 1080.
Ive tried updating my monitor drivers and using the AMD Catalyst Control Center, but nothing seems to be working.

I also just tried uninstalling the device and plugging it back in, max resolution is still at 1600 x 1200

It is probably your video card. What monitor do you have?
