Fate/Zero isn't exactly a shounen but it's a battle focused anime with the MC being in his 30s

Hoshi no Samidare's MC isn't exactly old but he sure is for a shonen series.

oi, don't be cheeky wit me, shonen is a demagraphic not a genre. What i was going for was a show that had a the traditional tropes of a battle shonen but the characters were older/more mature
