I need help with windows 10. I have dual monitors and ever since I installed windows 10 I've had my primary monitor start flashing/blinking for no reason and nothing I do or look up has helped. it flashes when the task manager screen is up so everyone says driver issues. does anyone have a solution other than "update the video drivers?" because I've done that multiple time and still having this issue

Anyway, does it only happen with the task manager? Nothing else?

No, it happens at complete random. Games, browsing 4chan, watching YouTube, anything and everything.
