Hello I have a Gt 730 2gb gddr3 128bits and I really do not know which cpu to buy it to be equitable, I just want to be able to play csgo at more than 60 fps.

I'd recommend an i3 haswell, or if you feel so inclined, i5 haswell. Maybe go to sky lake, but not kabylake.
