Any good recommendations for undergraduate-level algebra textbooks? (Preferably one that is good for self-study.)
I mean something including rings, groups and that sort of stuff.

It's not really a textbook, but I enjoyed A Book of Abstract Algebra pretty well.

Does it have the answers to its exercises?

It has answers to select exercises in the appendix, but they're pretty sparse. If you're looking for solutions to most of the problems, then this probably isn't the right book. On the other hand it's pretty inexpensive ($12 new on amazon right now), so don't be afraid to pick it up if you want a supplement for whatever you go with
