I've had my HDD about 1 year now, no issues, but some weird shit's just started up.
Basically, when I load up a high-res image, it will squeak, but otherwise it's totally silent. Even running intense programs doesn't do shit.
I'm using a probook 6460b with debian, if that's relevant. Any idea wtf is going on?
