Its an 8bit font. Only thing about that one that stands out is the lowercase "p".

Looks like a Sans Serif Monospace font.
Serif means the letters have little edges on their ends, like on the big ATT/DEF text. Sans Serif means the letters don't have those things; the rest of the text appears to use Sans Serif.
Monospace means there is a constant amount of space between each letter. It's as if they're all in a box. Common in computer code. Regular fonts will space each letter according to the size of the surrounding letters.
