So, /a/ told me to come here to ask this. I have a 13 hour trip tomorrow and I need to kill time during it. What's a good anime (preferably an ova or film, but I suppose series are okay) to watch over a long trip?
Gundam: War in the Pocket
Eve no Jinkan
Vampire Hunter D Bloodlust
Patlabor (OVA and movies 1 and 2)

I've seen the first and the second last, the second sounds right up my alley. Not really a fan of mecha, but I've heard good things about patlabor so I'll give the first movie a shot, I guess. Thanks.

I found the original anime pretty decent, but I wasn't majorly into it. I'll give it a try anyway, though. Thanks!

13 hours is only about 39 standard length episodes if you watch anime the entire way from start to finish. Not enough to watch really long series completely, but you could get through Jojo part 4 entirely since it's exactly 39 episodes.

On one hand, good suggestion. On the other hand, unfortunately, I finished JoJo Part 4 already.

Then you could try watching Legend of the Galactic Heroes, you'd only get about a third of the way through it.
Planetes

Kara no Kyoukai

Natsume Yuujinchou has 7 seasons out currently.

Hmm... I might save that for when I have a long weekend to kill, then.

Hmm... I think I've got quite a bit of choice already with science fiction, but I'll keep it in mind.

Nasu, huh. I'll definitely add that to the list! Thanks!

Okay, I might try out an episode or two and if it seems good, I'll work out a season for the flight.
Plastic Nee-san, shorter than what you need, but good if you aren't in the mood for a whole series

All I know of this is the bag-harassment scene. Will give it a shot! Thanks!
