I can't, it is completely frozen

to clarify:
when you restart the computer (or force it to restart by unplugging it), it comes back to this screen and then freezes again?

When you mean it's completely frozen, do you mean you're not even able to get into safemode ?

is your keyboard is detected by the computer ?

It is detected. By completely frozen I mean that it won't respond to any button I press on my keyboard

What i can tell you, it looks like a hardware problem.

frozen on bios post? that is not supposed to happen. are you sure the keyboard works? maybe unplug that one (and the mouse too if both are usb) and plug another one in to test
or try with minimum hardware, just one stick of ram, no drives plugged in and no addon cards (besides graphics if you arent running integrated)

What is your processor?

Have you unlocked hidden cores? (usually reports No of cores in the grey strip along the bottom of the screen)
