So for a few weeks now my Shadowplay has stopped working for some reason. It is enabled, however I cannot go into the settings or restart it. I reinstalled Geforce Experience 2 times now, I uninstalled my drivers via DDU but still no luck. It just won't work. So does anyone got a clue how to fix this problem? It would be much appreciated!

Try toggling it on and off a bunch, or alternatively use something that isn't trash like OBS.

Well that's not very helpful, thanks for replying anyway.
From what you describe I had the same issue, My shadowplay randomly stopped working a while back. The solution that worked for me is pretty simple.
Are you on windows 10? If so, restart your computer as in by clicking the restart button instead of shutdown.
Shutdown is not really a shutdown. w10 doesn't fully shut down to give you better boot times. A restart will do a proper shutdown and then boot again.

Could you please provide a system log you could also try disabling quick start up

so can you record with it? what happens when you click on the shadow play settings tab, does it crash?

I cannot record with it, it seems to be enabled but I've got no overlay ingame. Hitting the keybinds doesnt do anything obviously. When I click on the settings tab nothing happens, not even an error message. Just nothing.

when you press the hotkey combo (ctrl+z) check task manager to see if nvidia share pops up. if it does but there is still nothing coming up on screen, end the nvidia share task and then try again. i had a small issue like this when i first upgraded to windows 10 it broke all my apps.
