Okay, so
I bought HOI4 Cadet Edition for €20 and I am experiencing some problems with it.
>buy game
>install game
>the first setup complete on steam (DirectX or some bullshit)
>doesn't launch
>try verifying file intergrity and trying again
>nope, still doesn't work
>restarts computer
>no doesn't work
>reinstall the game
>still no use
I have all the system requirements, I am not sure what to do.
Can anyone explain to me what I did wrong?
