Hello guys, a bit of retarded question but can I have 2 internet connections in 1 house? One from telephone cable (DSL) and second from LTE signal.
Reason behind this is that where I live, I cannot have unlimited download. Limit is 300 GB. So im trying to get another internet connection (300 GB LTE) so in the end I will have 600GB for month

Sure.
Just get two routers, and your computers, phones, etc. will automatically use the one that's not got the Internet cut off.
There are better ways to do this (a router running OpenWRT and doing load-balancing across the connections, for instance), but two routers is definitely the simplest.
You can also get multiple phone lines to the same house; it might be cheaper to get two phone lines and two DSLs than a DSL and a 4G.

TL-r470t+ router is a cheap load-balancer.
You plug your two routers into it, and it combines them into one router. It doesn't have wifi, though, so if you want wifi you'll have to buy a "wireless access point" or add a spare router with its DHCP switched off.
