I keep seeing Giant Leopard Moth in the search results I find. All I did was search "black and white moth". However this moth does not have fuzz on the legs.

There are similar moths called Spotted Tiger Moths. However these moths seem to have orange underneath its wings and front legs. This moth does not have fuzz on the legs.
