PROCESSOR QUESTION

What is the lowest speed available on an i5? Asking because I'm thinking of buying a used PC and the person selling it isn't very bright and can only tell me it's an i5. Just trying to decide if even the slowest i5 would be an upgrade from what I'm running now. I suspect it would be.

Well that depends.

If it's an i5-750, I've got a Core2 that would smoke it.
