But it's not just this one, it's any video. I hit 70-80% packet loss on multiple IPs and I don't know what to do about it.

I get buttery-smooth 1080p60fps video on my phone through wifi. It's a home connection and my computer is connected via cable.

My guess is your ISP is throttling youtube but not m.youtube.

Why would an ISP throttle Youtube of all things, one of THE most visited sites on the web and pretty much required by an internet customer these days?
Sure, videos, high bandwith, but then it's a REALLY shitty ISP if that brings the servers on their knees...

That's why I asked OP to try other video streaming sites to see where the problem lies.
Maybe it was peak hour and everyone in that area use the same fucking ISP? Idk.
Or maybe his ISP throttle video streaming all together without telling him.
